I wanted to let you know just how very happy my experience with The Hamblen Team and especially Adam Hamblen has been, before - during and after the sale of my home in Goodyear, AZ.

I was in a position where I could not keep my home and was looking into the options of a Short Sale. Adam was actually referred to ME by a good friend at work. I could not have been more pleased. He was VERY knowledgeable about the laws, regulations and just the plain basics of how to go about even putting my home up for a Short Sale.

We had an offer within a week. Adam gave me weekly updates - even if the update was there were no updates! I of course, would have a difficult 2nd mortgage to deal with, but felt completely at ease with Adam and his team working diligently for me.

We closed approximately 90 days after our offer and would have closed sooner I believe if the buyer wasn't going through the VA and my 2nd mortgage company had worked more closely with us.
