My wife and I are from Iowa and were visiting a friend in Phoenix who had moved there a year ago.  Chris was professional, yet very friendly and easy to talk to when describing our home needs.  He set us up on the MLS website so we could view homes that met our search criteria.  When we had questions, Chris was always available to answer them.  When we found homes that we were interested in looking at, Chris arranged for us to look at them either that day or the next.  We found the home we purchased within a week and closed in about 3 weeks.  Chris kept us updated regularly and answered any questions we had to our satisfaction.  Chris made the whole experience less frustrating than we had anticipated. 

Our son and his family are planning to move to the Phoenix area within the next year and we are recommending they use Chris as their realtor.  We were very glad his partner couldn’t help us at the time, or we wouldn’t have met Chris & his wife.
