My family and I were relocating to the Phoenix area and were in need of a home.  We didn't have the ability to see homes as they came available, but Dave, knowing that we were out of town, previewed several options and even met with our family out there to show them.  When we could make it to Phoenix for a visit, he took us around to several homes and took the time to explain the market of bank-owned homes and how the process worked.  We successfully purchased a bank-owned home while still living out of state.  It had its ups and downs along the way, but Dave was very helpful, supportive, and professional the entire time.  We are now settled and enjoying our new home.  I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in need of a realtor.
