I wanted to take this time to thank you for assigning Logan Hall to us during the process of trying to purchase a house in AZ.  Logan’s kindness and professionalism during the process was greatly appreciated by both my husband Brian Leaman and myself.

As I look back on the frustration and confusion that was taking place for us during the process of trying to purchase a home for my nephew and his family to live in, it was such a welcome relief to find RE/MAX.  As you know, we struggled through the process of trying to purchase a short sale that fell through with an agent from another company that was not available to us during much of the process. When we came to RE/MAX and were assigned Logan we quickly realized that things were going to be different.  He called us back immediately anytime we called with questions, he was extremely kind to my nephew who is battling a rare form of cancer and was so knowledgeable about the home buying and mortgage process that he was able to assist us and answer any and all questions Brian, Joey or I had of him.  I know without a doubt, we would not have closed when we did without the intervention of Logan when we ran into trouble with the mortgage company dropping the ball on processing our documents and loan.

I believe you have a “gem” in Logan and feel that you are fortunate to have such a knowledgeable professional on your team. I know that he will continue to do great work for the other buyers that are lucky enough to find him. Thank You!

Logan Hall was very helpful and knowledgeable about the short sale process. He walked me through the process, and made sure I was educated every step of the way.  He made my family and I feel extremely comfortable by answering all our questions and providing input based on his personal experience. Once the process was started, Logan drove it expeditiously. He communicated with the lender and kept me informed along the way.  Although the process was a marathon, Logan was adamant and consistent on driving positive results. Five months later, I am happy to say that I had a successful ending. I commend Logan on his commitment and effort in getting the banks to approve the short sale as well as getting my house sold.  I would recommend him to all who is interested in going this route.

Our Fire Fighters Association decided to by a home to use as a shelter for house fire victims. Logan Hall helped us find a home in our price range and walked us through the entire process. Although we may have had some rough spots purchasing our short sale, Logan was able to make it a smooth process.  His knowledge was an asset for us as a group.  Logan has definitely become a friend of the Sun Cities Fire Fighters Association Local 3573.
